Tan Tan Nabe udon is not for the faint hearted. The broth of the Udon is really spicy. I got choked on my first scoop.

The cutlet nabe is much recommended, the broth of the udon is really good, bringing out the sweetness and thickness of the broth is just perfect. To be honest, I actually detest udon but this changed my perception of it.
