The taste is out of the world, its very different from the curry made by the other hainanese curry houses.


This is by far the best hainanese cooked food ever. The price is a little steep but its worth it!

Tao Pok, Chicken, Pork Chop $5.20

The famous dishes for scissor cut curry rice would be the cabbage, tao pok and the pork chop. The cabbage and tau pok is soft and chewy, the pork chop is tender and nicely fried.

Such a huge serving at such a cheap price. Sitting beside the stall, you could hear the sound of the scissors snipping away. Such beautiful sound coming from the scissors, would turn your head and peak at his scissors cutting skills.

Usually the rice from the chicken rice store, is extremely oily, but what you do know this store's rice ain't oily at all and it maintains its rice quality, the chicken served had their fats removed moreover, for the skin lovers, there is no fats under the skin! Lastly, the soup served ain't full of "MSG". Thumbs up for all aspects of the dishes.
