Menu

I thought this dish is a little dry and the skin is thick. Not my kinda dim sum, but the meat fillings in it is not too bad.

Spicy Chicken! Flavorful chicken with some spicy-ness.

Fried Mee Sua! This dish is really crunchy and crispy.

Liu Sa Bao
Liu Sa Bao fresh from the oven! The eggs didn't dripped out thankfully! The custard in the bun is just perfectly steamed, it wasn't too cooked and it doesn't taste too sweet nor salty. One of the better custard bun by far.

This Siew Mai is really good! Rich in meat fillings, juicy and tender!

This Xiao Long Bao is another awesome dish. With just a bite, the juice just splash out, with an amazing flavor.

Spicy shrimp dumplings, the spiciness in the sauce brings forth a more flavorful taste to the dumplings.

One of my favorite dish! The bean curd skin, I really like this dish, the fillings is so generously given. With the awesome blend of the sauce poured, it is just top notch.

Menu

Beancurd Skin Roll With Shrimp $5.50

Crispy beancurd skin with shrimp! This taste really good a little different from what Din Tai Feng have.

Pork Rib With Black Bean Sauce $4.20
The quantity of the pork rib is generally good. The quality was alright, tasted normal nothing special about it

Prawn Dumpling $5.50
Honestly this prawn dumpling made is really good. After placing the dumpling into my mouth, the sticky-ness from the skin of the dumpling did not stick to my teeth.  Kudos to that!

Baked Bun With BBQ Pork $4.50
The signature dish of Tim Ho Wan. Crispy bun! Tasted really special and good, don't think you could find this anywhere else.

Glutinous rice
The Glutinous rice is rich in fillings!  A good way to ensure that you will be full is to have one of this.

Steamed Beancurd Skin Roll with Pork & Shrimp $4
Would recommend the crispy version of the beancurd skin roll.

Chinese Tea $1.20

Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung

Xiao Long Bao
Fried Rice

Though Din Tai Fung is a reputable franchise that won a michelin star but the michelin star won was from the Hongkong branch. I expect a michelin star restaurant to have a signature dish that taste special and really stands out from the other dim sum competitors. To my disappointment, the signature xiao long bao tastes just like one from any other dim sum competitors.
