Aburi Shake Mentai Sushi $7.80
Salmon sushi beautifully torched using the Bunsen burner and topped with mentaiko. Delicious!

Lobster Salad Gunkan $5.80

Wagyu Don $24.80

Topped with onsen egg, break the egg and mixed it thoroughly with the rice. The rice will be alittle moist and sticky with the freshness of wagyu beef, this is just awesome. This dish is also the signature dish of kinsa. Delicious! Definitely a must try

Lobster Broth Ramen w Eggs $16.90
The lobster broth ramen is rich and the flavor (lobster) can be savored. The lobster broth is a little too thick for my liking, if you do enjoy lobsters, this could actually be your favorite hangout.

Hoppy Bar
A very authentic Japanese family restaurant most of the employees are Japanese. Upon entering the place, you would be requested get your shoes removed.

Complimentary Dish

Hitokuchi Katsu $12
This is a huge load of chicken, this is the best dish that was served. Dipped it in the sauce and put a small amount of wasabi and its turns out kinda delicious. Thumbs up for this dish.

Potato Kuroketo $8
The friend potatoes didn't have the crunchy-ness it deserves

Nama Tako $11
Octopus sprinkled with saffron, I do enjoy the octopus but I didn't think that it goes well with saffron.

Toriniku Dango $7
The meat balls taste really soft and weird, it felt that the balls had been soaked in the soap for a long time. Recommended to avoid this dish

Cabbage (Free Flow)

What a unique experience, there is actually free flow cabbage in the red pot ! I was actually anticipating that there would be bean sprout in there.

Chawanmushi
The bowl of charwamushi is small but delicious, usually I did accompany my Chawanmushi with the soya sauce but I made this is an exception.

Miso Soup

Tendon (Special) $13.90
Just look at the bowl! Its overflowing with ingredients and there is a half boiled egg in there by the way. The tendons are so flavorful and delicious! Definitely a great place to get your stomach filled and taste buds happy

Gyuniku & Tempura Set $27
This is a really bad choice. The Gyuniku (beef) is too rubbery, the hero of the dish became a zero. The tempura and sashimi alright but not fantastic. Just skip this dish.

Tori & Sake Teri Set $24

The tori is nicely grilled, crispy on the skin moreover tender on the meat and its actually quite delicious! The salmon was dappled with a little of the sauce which I thought is kinda stingy.

Niigata Shoyu Ramen $15

Niigata Shoyu Ramen is the signature dish, the broth and dish is nicely balance. As soon as the dish was served, the bamboo shoots emits a very strong stench, just hope that they should mask up the stench before serving the dish, as it wasn't very plesent for me.

Kaisen Chirashi $15
Chirashi is a mixture of salmon, rice, shrimp, tuna, scallop. You can think of the dish having all the ingredients thrown into the bowl and mixing it all up. The dish protrays a mix of flavours and I felt that because the flavours are all mixed, it is difficult to taste the freshness and sweetness of each of the individual ingredients.

Shoyu Cha-Shu Ramen (m) $16.90
The servings for the ramen is huge! The size of the bowl ordered is medium and look at the quantity of food served! The cha-shu and bean sprouts are generously given, and that size served is definitely going to make a hungry man full. The shoyu broth was boiled just nice, its really refreshing and good.

Curry Rice $5.90
The japanese rice served is of a low quality and it seems overcooked. The curry is really tasty, and it reminds me of the curry you can get from eating prata! If you are wondering what meat was served, the meat served is actually pork and its not stated anyway in the menu, not a great dish but its able to keep your hunger at bay

Garlic Rice + Yakitori Chicken $15.90

The garlic rice is seriously lacking of garlic, the garlic ain't strong enough to be called garlic rice. It taste more like the usual plain rice that you can find in hawker.
The yakitori Chicken is so disappointing, its lacking flavour and the sauce drape over it ain't flavorful.

Okonomiyaki (Seafood) $12.90
Okonomiyaki is very filling! Filled with flour and sea food. I don't find it fantastic or anything because the sauce and the Okonmiyaki lacks flavor.
