Huge thick slab of Salmon Sashimi was served! Looks juicy but I didn't get to enjoy it because once it went into my mouse, the salmon just disappeared. I would prefer the slab of salmon to be slice into smaller slices, so that I would enjoy each of every piece for a longer period of time.
Chawanmushi with mushrooms and eggs, nothing fantastic about it.
Their signature Salmon Aburi Sushi, I love salmon when they are being scorched by the bunsen burner, the scorched salmon is just so tender and juicy! How could anyone resist the temptation of the salmon.
