Duck Confit

All the ingredients on this plate are really fresh! The duck confit made has mash potatoes, orange and mushrooms.

The mash potatoes made could actually be comparable to what you could find in Joël Robuchon. The mushroom being fresh and juicy would actually want to go for another. The duck confit which is the hero of the dish, no doubt is truly the hero! Crispy and cooked to perfection, by far the BEST duck confit I have eaten.

Dessert: Chocolate Hazelnut

Probably the cheapest and awesome french cuisine that could be found in Singapore!

Beef Bourguignon $16.90

The beef actually tasted like it just came out of a can. The beef doesn't taste very fresh, didn't see any sign of red wine, the potatoes brought out wasn't hot. But, the beef is actually quite tender and nicely grilled.

Chicken Roulade $9.90

This Chicken Roulade has the wow factor. On the plate, though it doesn't look appetizing, the dish is actually really good! The chicken is just perfectly cooked, the aroma of the chicken just explodes in your mouth, it is really that amazing.
The bottom of the chicken lies the creamy basmati rice, the rice just melts in your mouth just amazing.
