Emmanuel French Kitchen |
This place is a gem under a void deck, the coffee shop had been revamped from a traditional coffee shop to a modern cafe. Which in turn meant, no service charge!

Waiting For Order.. |
Coupled with being a modern cafe, they too provide a 'caller' that vibrates while they try to whip out the dishes.

Kakuni Pork Belly $16.90 (Signature) |
Scanning through the menu, I noticed the that this is the signature dish and without any hesitation, this order was placed. The pork belly is extremely tender and the sauce used to marinate it tasted like the char siew you could get from a ramen outlet, but trust me this is way better than your average pork belly. Coupled with an egg and unique sauce that they come up with, it is heavenly.
Instead of having the idea that this is a french cuisine, this is more like a fusion of japanese and french. As I have said, fusion causes confusion but this is an exception.
