A huge slab of foie gras is placed on the plate! The foie gras is beautifully cooked and the taste is heavenly.

The broth didn't bring out the taste of the scallop but its a nicely made presentation though

The slab of wagyu is just amazing, the beef is amazingly juicy. The mash potatoes is nice but I had just only hope for it to be more buttery.

| John Dory From Atlantic Ocean |
I never thought that a dory fish could be cooked as good as what I had eaten. Every bite taken from it is just heavenly, the fish is so tender and soft, the aroma from it just makes one float in cloud 9. This is by far the best dish I had.
