The ingredients (prawn, squid) are definitely fresh! The baby squid are beautifully fried and crisp. The egg is mixed into the fettuccine, and is either you love it or hate it.
The angel hair is really good. The fish roe blends really well with the angel hair, the base is carbonara and it is as thick as i thought.
