I love the amazing hollandaise sauce, it has the buttery texture that made the poached egg amazing! Its difficult to make an amazing hollandaise sauce but this is just exceptional!
I thought that this is one of the best big breakfast set I had in awhile. I love the bread totally, it is both fluffy and crispy, the sausage and bacon is nicely cooked.
Freshly fried truffle fries, but i would prefer truffle fries with cheese on top of it.
Best macaroon ever! It doesn't taste extremely sweet! The macaroon sweetness is just perfect!
